Autobody Fillers USA offers the following Returns Policy: All parts are guaranteed against manufacturers defects. If parts arrive cracked due to shipping and handling or are cracked due to improper instalation, we will gladly replace the cracked part(s) for free as long as the parts(s) have NOT been painted. Customer must email us their info from the original transaction and we will send a call tag to pick up the cracked fillers and will ship new ones out promptly. NO returns on painted parts!
